YOGA
Fusing traditional vinyasa methodology with contemporary dynamic flow, this fluid practice links breath and movement, integrates inner and outer alignment, and balances strength with flexibility. Students will weave their way through creative transitions accompanied by rhythmic tunes. Classes appeal to students of all levels, allowing students to explore deeper expressions of the postures in a way that works for their existing practice and level.

PILATES
Focusing on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture, students work through targeted mindful muscle movements. Develop and maintain next-level core muscles by strengthening the deep abdominal muscles that support the spine. Total body conditioning increases strength, flexibility and endurance emphasizing the alignment of the pelvis and spine as well as conscious breathing for a strong core.

BALLET
Considered “a modern-day Mary Poppins”, Tammi creates a positive learning environment instilling a love of dance in each of her students. Her classes showcase her passion for understanding the process of learning as she develops students emotionally, physically and intellectually. She uses ballet as a foundation for teaching the importance of self-esteem, discipline, learning from mistakes, working in a group and pursuing goals.
